Welcome to Fannie’s world where she explores the adventures of married life, on the intersection between “I Love Lucy” Way and “Erma Bombeck” Avenue.
Looking back, birthing this blog without an epidural was much easier than learning how to post to it.
Thank you Happiness Engineers for your help.
If enough people enjoy Richard and Fannie’s adventures and want to know how it all began, we plan on publishing I’m Your Wife Not a Rock Star, Stop Throwing Your Underwear at Me!
Tracy Perkins has worked in an independent television station, at Crater Lake National Park, in the industrial electrical field in sales, in the occupational safety and health field running a small metals and asbestos laboratory and currently as a manufacturers representative agent.
Tracy and her husband reside on Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula.
By the way, we’ve been to Forks, but haven’t met any vampires. . .yet.

No problem! You know, we must have something in common….do you like Mark Twain and abhor Pride and Prejudice? 😉

I love both Mark Twain and Pride and Prejudice.
P&P for me is a light and fluffy read. Yet it goes much deeper into the social commentary of the time.

I have even gone to far as visiting the Mark Twain Caves in Missouri. You may recall the description from Tom Sawyer. 🙂

Neat! Were they cool?

Yes, the caverns are amazing and chilly. 🙂
The tour is a visceral experience as well. When they turn off the lights, you can hear water dripping and people sucking in their breath as the darkness overwhelms the senses.
It’s worth the trip if you’re not claustrophobic.

Hi,
This is a long shot but I saw the post on pocket trout flashlights. I had one when I was a child but I lost it and now I have a little child of my own and wanted to share that with her because their so cute but I can’t find one anywhere. I live in Japan so I can’t search flea markets and such unfortunately… I was wondering if you had one you could part with. I’d gladly make you an offer or I could trade with some Japanese goods you might like.
Thanks so much
Elizabeth
